Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup of margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 8-inch pie crust
Blend together sugar and flour; add eggs, margarine, vanilla, corn syrup, lemon juice and pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for an additional 45 minutes.
